Chicken Sketti by: Fredda Perkins (aka my mom)
1 package boneless chicken breasts two cans of cream of chicken soup
three or four stalks of celery two cups of shredded cheddar cheese
one medium onion 1/4 cup sliced green olives
teaspoon of dried oregano tablespoon of chopped garlic or use dried garlic
salt and pepper to taste 1 pkg spaghetti Noodles

Bring a large pot of water to boil and add chicken and cook until done or meat is white. Take chicken out and let cool, then cook your spaghetti noodles in the same water which should be 10-12 minutes. Sautee the celery and onion until onions start to get clear. By this time chicken should be cool enough to shred. Combine all of the ingredients reserving one of the cups of cheese. Place in a large baking dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake at 350 until hot and bubbly and cheese is melted 30 to 45 minutes. You may want to cover it with tinfoil for the first half of the time so the cheese doesn't get too brown before the rest is hot.

Serve with garlic bread, a green salad and a light red wine such as a sheraz.
